Vydac 300VHP & 301VHP Anion-Exchangers for Bioseparations

Vydac 300VHP and 301VHP ion-exchange columns consist of spherical polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) beads, either 5 or 8 micron, with a chemically attached hydrophilic surface.

The modified resin is derivatized to either quaternary amine - Q - (300VHP) or tertiary amine - DEAE - (301VHP) ion-exchange groups.

300VHP and 301VHP Anion Exchange columns:

Are resistant to eluents from pH 0 -14, most organic solvents, and can be used up to 3000 psi.
Show negligible non-specific protein binding.
Are available in sizes of 5, 7.5, 10 and 22 mm diameter for small to large scale purification.
Are compatible with FPLC® using the available M6 adapter.

300VHP and 301VHP columns are optimized for the separation of proteins, polypeptides and polynucleotides.
